Meet Our Staff
Gregory P. Johnson
As President and Chief Executive Officer of LMJ International, Greg has over 30 years experience in Quality Management, Program Development and Training. He has conducted over 500 high level Quality Audits in Commercial, Government, and Nuclear Industries. He is directly responsible for the development of 100’s of customer approved Quality Manuals and supporting Quality Procedures Manuals to NQA-1 and 10 CFR Part 50 Appendix B. Throughout his career, Greg has presented as lead instructor more nationally and internationally recognized Quality and EMS Lead Auditor Training Programs than anyone in the world, and has maintained his Nuclear Quality Assurance Lead Auditor Certification status since 1989. He is the author of The ISO 14000 EMS Audit Handbook. (St. Lucie/CRC Press 1996), the first ever publication in the concepts and techniques for auditing to these standards. Greg was “born and raised” in the concepts and techniques of Nuclear Quality Assurance Program Development and Audit. Son of L. Marvin Johnson, world recognized pioneer in the quality audit, and author of the first book ever published on the Quality Audit, Quality Assurance Program Evaluation (1970).
Laura Irene Nicole Suddath
Laura is a certified ASNT ACCP and AWS Certified Welding Inspector. She has an extensive educational and business background in various construction sectors including welding, technical communications, quality assurance, fabrication, and manufacturing (commercial construction, oil/gas, and NQA-1). Current project management responsibilities include supervision of field quality control, surveillances, and assessment processes to ensure compliance with procedures, code, and customer specifications on a multi-million dollar DOE project in the northwest. Laura is highly skilled and experienced in all facets of project planning, inspection and test, audit, and lead and administrative support on several major DOE programs and projects since 1998.
Thomas B. Shope
24 years of experience directing quality and business development initiatives for commercial, industrial, and government clients. Tom is currently providing quality assurance/audit support, proposal development, new business development, and commercial grade dedication program services to a wide sector of DOE contractors and support contractors. He is also an acting Director of Quality Assurance , responsible for providing support to a former nuclear weapons complex in developing and implementing their quality assurance program to 10 CFR 830.120, 10 CFR Part 50 Appendix B, and NQA-1 requirements.
